Sometimes this occurs if the shipping method is changed when you reach the checkout. Unfortunately, the main solution seems to be to back out and try again. If problems persist, please contact us and we can arrange an alternative method of checkout.

Unfortunately, Debra is currently booked out until 2029 and is not accepting any large-scale commissions. If you’d like some help choosing the right artwork for you, you’re most welcome to contact us and we can advise you on some choices.

Debra currently has some original pieces available on BlueThumb and Art Lovers Australia.

Q. I want to see Debra’s artwork/products in person before purchasing, where can I view them?
A. Debra’s studio is in Carina, Brisbane and is open by appointment 9am-12:30pm Tuesday to Saturday. We have a range of artworks on display, as well as all of Debra’s homewares. If there is a particular size artwork you are wanting to view, let us know in advance so we can have some examples ready for you.
All reproductions are photographed and printed by the fantastic people at Art House Reproductions in Bowen Hills.

Reproductions are made to order and take approximately 10-14 days to arrive in the studio. If you require a reproduction sooner, please contact us for current stock availability or to arrange expedited service from Art House Reproductions.

Canvas reproductions are printed on 350gsm Sihl Masterclass Professional Cotton Poly Blend Canvas with long-lasting and archival Canon Lucia EX Pigment inks which are tested to last 100 years. Reproductions are covered by The Art House Warranty, if you have an issue with a canvas reproduction you have ordered, please contact us.

What’s the difference between stretched and rolled canvases?
The most common way to hang artwork on canvas is by stretching the material over a wooden frame (aka. the stretcher bar) and attaching a wire on the back. This gives you the option to take your artwork home and hang it up straight away or take it to a picture framer to add an additional frame around the outside (usually in a float frame style). A rolled canvas is an artwork printed with Debra’s signature blue border but not stretched over a stretcher bar. While shipping a smaller stretched canvas is relatively safe and easy to package, rolled canvases are a much more durable and reliable option for sending artwork over longer distances, particularly in larger sizes.

If your canvases are dusty, simply wipe them down with a lightly dampened cloth.
If you have a dent in your canvas, don't panic! Please contact us as there is an easy solution.

Like all businesses, we strive hard to use locally made/purchased products but unfortunately, it isn’t feasible with all products. In the case that we can’t source our products in Australia, we spend many hours researching high-quality manufacturers from overseas, and in most cases that is China. Currently, our pins, socks, umbrellas, magnets and coasters are sourced from small businesses in China. The manufacturers we work with do an amazing job and we are proud to sell their products.

Our other products are largely sourced from Brisbane-based businesses such as Print Repeat in Annerley, Art House Reproductions in Bowen Hills, Linen Line in Clontarf, APPLiK in Carole Park, Just Be It in Beaudesert and Lecky Studio in Murarrie. These businesses are small individual/family-run businesses, and we can't recommend them enough!
